Feeding recommendation for wet cat food

How much wet food should a cat be given per day? Its age, weight, level of activity, and factors such as whether the cat is allowed outdoors should be considered when making the calculation. Our specialist vet, Dr Radicke, will be happy to recommend a suitable feeding plan for your pet.

These recommended amounts can be used as a general guideline for feeding your cat:

• if the cat weighs 3 kg, it should be given 195 g of food daily
• if it weighs 4 kg, the cat should receive 235 g
• at a weight of 5 kg, it can be given 275 g
