INTEGRA PROTECT Renal with beef: special renal diet for dogs with a kidney condition

INTEGRA PROTECT Renal with beef was developed for dogs with chronic renal insufficiency. This dietary food is adapted to the special nutritional requirements of dogs with a kidney disorder. It contains less phosphorus than a conventional diet. This can slow down the progression of the condition.

Renal with beef – which has a reduced protein content – can significantly improve the dog’s wellbeing. At the same time, it provides all the other nutrients that the sick four-legged friend requires every day. INTEGRA PROTECT Renal with beef can thus contribute to extending life expectancy.

Feeding recommendation

When calculating the ideal amount of food for dogs, the age, weight and temperament of the pet should always be taken into account.

The following recommended amounts can be used as a general guideline:

  • if a dog weighs 3 kg, it can be given 200 g of food a day
  • if it weighs 9 kg, it should receive 400 g
  • if the dog has a weight of 16 kg, it can be given 600 g of food per day

INTEGRA PROTECT dietary food is tailored to the special requirements of dogs with health conditions. Our INTEGRA PROTECT special diet for dogs is available for the following conditions:

  • in cases of chronic renal insufficiency
  • in cases of food allergies
  • gastrointestinal disorders with acute diarrhoea

Composition

Meat and animal derivatives (15,5 % beef, chicken), vegetable (potatoes), oils and fats, derivatives of vegetable origin, minerals. Protein sources: beef, chicken.
