INTEGRA PROTECT Diabetes with salmon: special dietary food for cats with diabetes

INTEGRA PROTECT Diabetes with salmon is ideal for the nutrition of diabetic cats. A high protein content in combination with the lowest possible amount of carbohydrates is particularly important for cats with diabetes mellitus. This ensures that their blood sugar level remains as constant as possible after eating.

INTEGRA PROTECT Diabetes with salmon is therefore only made with selected ingredients and does not contain any grains. Diabetic cats will also benefit from this and will be able to enjoy it for their whole lifetime.

Feeding recommendation

When calculating the ideal amount of food for cats, the age, weight and temperament of the pet should always be taken into account.

The following recommended amounts can be used as a general guideline:

  • if a cat weighs 3 kg, it can be given 200 g of food a day
  • if it weighs 4 kg, it should receive 245 g
  • a cat that weighs 5 kg can be given 285 g
