How to determine the right amount of food for a cat’s daily meals

The following recommended amounts can be used as a general guideline:

• a cat with a weight of 3 kg can be given 175 g per day
• if a cat weighs 4 kg, it should receive 200 g
• if it weighs 5 kg, the recommended amount is 245 g
